Aleesha is a professional female bodybuilder who has been gaining recognition in the past two decades. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to an athletic family. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor, while her siblings played sports like hockey and ice. Aleesha was also involved in activities like basketball, softball, and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began at the age of 15 older. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She first began competing in the year 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and in 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been steadily improving since then, won her very debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had her most impressive WOS Rising-Phoenix performance in which she finished 4th. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding for issues with her health.
